1. Application
RK-086 insertion density meter could apply the on-line density testing. It could be applied in the product process controlling based on the basic parameters of density, or the mass controlling system as the solid percentage or the concentration for references.
Typical Industries include petroleum chemical industry, wine industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry and mineral processing, (for example clay, Carbonate Carbon, Silicate, etc.). The insertion density meters are applied in the pipeline detection of the multiple medium of the industries listed above, density testing of the stirred mixture, the reaction kettle end monitoring, and the separator interface detection.

Summary
RK-082 intelligent online densimeter (also known as online density transmitter) is a kind of concentration and density measurement for liquid continuous on-line equipment, can be directly used in the industrial production process. Density meter adopts advanced technology, including: a capacitance differential pressure sensor and a pressure relay on the connected, the insertion of the production process. A temperature sensor is arranged between the two pressure repeater, used for compensating temperature variation of the process liquid. MOHO Meng Hui intelligent online densimeter for two wire density transmitter, mainly used for industrial process control, density gauge of generating 4-20mA signal according to the size of the concentration and density, can perform remote calibration and monitoring through digital communication.

Working principle
The working principle of intelligent online densimeter: liquid column of certain high pressure and the liquid density is proportional to. Namely: P= P GH type:
P -- a certain height of liquid column pressure
P -- the density of its liquid.
G -- measuring acceleration of gravity
H -- the height of the liquid level
According to the pressure measuring pressure value, at the height of the known measurement acceleration of gravity and liquid column conditions, can get the measurement of liquid density value.
